Extreme weather, customs inspections, industrial action, public-health restrictions or other force-majeure events may extend delivery windows. Once a parcel is with the carrier, delay liability rests with them; however, we will assist with carrier investigations or lost-parcel claims on your behalf.

3 Refund Process

Request an RMA – Email [email protected] with your order number and the SKU(s) you wish to return.

Receive approval & label options – We send a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) plus an optional prepaid-label quote.

Pack & ship – Securely package items, write the RMA on the parcel, and dispatch within 7 days of approval.

Inspection – We inspect returns within 3 business days of arrival.

Refund issued – Funds are released via the original payment channel (“like-for-like”) according to the timeline below.
