1. 14-Day No-Reason Return Policy

You may return any eligible item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked. To qualify:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Swimwear and beachwear must have hygiene seals intact.
  • Final sale items (e.g., discounted co-ords) are exempt.

Process: Initiate returns via your account dashboard. We’ll email a prepaid shipping label (you cover return shipping costs; see Section 2).

2. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds via original payment method: Processed within 14 business days of receiving your return.
  • PayPal refunds: Processed within 14 business days (may extend to 30 days to comply with local laws in jurisdictions like the EU).
  • Bank transfers/Store credit: Available upon request; processing times vary.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees, except for:

  • Damaged/defective items (contact [email protected] for a prepaid label).
  • Errors in fulfillment (e.g., wrong item sent).

4. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong.

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your account password secure.
  • We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized account access.

5.2 Order Fulfillment

  • Delivery Timelines: Estimated shipping dates are not guarantees. Delays due to customs or force majeure (e.g., pandemics, natural disasters) do not entitle refunds.
  • Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement; a 5% processing fee applies thereafter.

5.3 Intellectual Property

All content (logos, images, product designs) is owned by 28 FEVRIER PTE. LTD. or licensed partners. Unauthorized use constitutes infringement.

5.4 Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) arising from our services.
  • Liability is capped at the price paid for the item(s) giving rise to the claim.
